Real estate teams in Maupuia, Wellington

We contacted Danielle Stoddart to give us her opinion on the best way to market our home. Due to her and Alexia’s extensive client base she presented 2 cash offers to us within 3 weeks. This was achieved without external marketing and open homes. The whole process was stress free and Danielle and Alexia were both extremely professional and lovely to deal with.

During our first sale meeting of our house with Alexia, the impression of her is a brilliant top sales. She explained the present property market and working very hard within a short time to achieve our expected price. She is a meticulous, efficient and professional agent. We will definitely recommend her to all our friends.

Alexia and Danielle recently managed to market and sell my townhouse. I mainly delbt with Alexia who was fantastic. Great communication and to the point. Alexia was friendly and professional and was able to assist with extra tasks like dealing with a difficult body cooperate manager. Alexia and Danielle sold my property at the worst time of year during the christmas holidays while everyone is away. If I sell again in the future I know I will be asking Alexia to represent me and I happily recommend the team to anyone else lokking to sell.
