In the beginning it felt daunting as this was our first time going through this process but Sam made the whole thing feel seamless, manageable, and always kept us updated! We recently purchased one of Edmunds listings in Island Bay, and the whole experience was positive and hassle free. Edmund demonstrated great communication skills, by being quick to respond to queries, and constantly updating when new information arose. He went out of his way to help us with keys for early access, and even stopped in on settlement day (with a bottle of bubbles in hand) to make sure everything was in order.
