I can't recommend Chris and Will more. They were good communicators and very clear on the sales process and where things were at through-out. They are very responsive on the Whatsapp group they set up and always got in touch regarding viewings and provided feedback after viewings and open homes. They proved to be resilient in a slow market and kept working hard even after we had a conditional offer providing me with certainty and an outcome. Chris and Will worked collectively. They both meet at the house to do an initial appraisal and thru out the process they were each aware of what the other was doing, and acknowledged each othets contribution.
