I couldn’t believe my luck the day my agent came to present a sales proposal for the sale of my Hillcrest property. With her was a young agent working with her. I went through all the paper work with Matt, sent him the council files and LIM and from that moment on Matt responded confidently and honestly and made the process a breeze.
