Kash is an enthusiastic and efficient agent who got the job done! At a time in our lives when we had a-lot of balls in the air Kash understood the brief and handled all the details quickly and accurately. We were remote sellers so Kash’s attention to detail, clear and timely communications helped keep things moving when we could not. The auction was very well run with sufficient buyers that resulted in a sale price that was very close to our expectations. Considering the extremely tough market conditions at the time this was a welcome relief.
