When the market was declining rapidly, we were worried about selling our property. Thankfully, Amy stepped in and made all the difference. Thanks to her outstanding sales skills, she secured our first offer very quickly. Unfortunately, the deal fell through for reasons beyond anyone's control. What impressed us most was that Amy was always thinking two steps ahead. The very next day, she had another offer ready. When that one unexpectedly fell through as well, we thought we were back to square one. To our surprise, Amy secured yet another offer the following day, and this time the sale was successfully completed. We had dealt with him several times as buyers and were impressed by his approachable manner and dedication, which is why we chose him to sell our home. Unfortunately, we did not achieve the price range we had hoped for, but this was a reflection of the current market rather than the agents themselves, who I believe did everything they could to get the best possible result. Jun was honestly amazing to deal with throughout the whole process. She was calm, patient, and never gave off that pushy “sales” vibe that can sometimes make buying a home stressful or uncomfortable. She was always super responsive, even late at night, and somehow always managed to get things sorted quickly for us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out was the support after the sale as well. A lot of agents tend to disappear once everything is signed, but Jun continued checking in and helping wherever she could, which we really appreciated. Couldn’t recommend her enough, genuinely one of the best people we could have had helping us buy our home.

She made time to show us the houses privately sometimes even at last minute request. On the auction day of this house, she let's us use her parking spot to make it easier for our two kids.
