Agencies in Macandrew Bay, Otago

Alice helped explain the market and selling options so that we were able to make an informed choice when we decided to put our family home up for sale. She willingly shared her time and always responded to messages in a timely manner, following up on any questions we had and supporting us throughout "our journey" She insured that we received weekly updates on platform activity, as well as feedback & post open home reports. Alice is very professional & an excellent communicator.

At our first meeting, Anita gave clear advice on marketing our property, explaining options and their pros and cons. We trusted her plan and were pleased with the results. Her local knowledge was key to us choosing her.

Good communication, market knowledge and professionalism

Geraldine gave us considerable confidence from from our first meeting with her that she was the right person to market our house. We could not fault her communication, knowledge, endeavor and guidance through what can be stressful process but which she made very straight forward and minimally intrusive. Her considerable experience in the real estate business was evident throughout. The fact that we sold our house at a good price in our first attempt was proof of her effectiveness and her skill as a negotiator.

We purchased a property listed with Geraldine Hermens. It was a bit of a whirlwind as we first saw the house on a Sunday and the Auction was the following Tuesday. Geraldine was very efficient and effective getting all the information we needed to us ASAP so we could get our ducks in a row. Throughout the process we felt we received clear and honest information with communications from the vendors via the agency. Geraldine also was very helpful in getting us through the property several times prior to purchasing and kindly, after purchase so we could get a start on organisation for moving etc. We absolutely cannot wait to move in. This is a well-loved property, in an amazing neighbourhood and we are over the moon to have purchased it. Thanks for a smooth experience despite the urgency.

Cherish made this very stressful process so much easier. Her communication was outstanding. She was responsive, supportive, sensitive and professional every step of the way. I highly recommend her!

Laura was an exceptional agent throughout the sale of 24 Gorman- she was transparent and helpful, and always picked up the phone for any questions at any time. We feel incredibly lucky to have got our dream home in such a painless and straightforward manner. If we ever sell this house (which I doubt is on the cards!!!) Laura would be our first port of call for our agent.

Laura is a phenomenal real estate agent who truly embodies enthusiasm, passion, and integrity in her work. From our very first meeting, it was clear that Laura genuinely loves helping clients and is deeply committed to their success. Het integrity shines through in every interaction, providing honest advice and always prioritising our best interests. Laura’s proactive approach and dedication made our home selling journey a 3-week miracle. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a brilliant young professional who delivers exceptional results with genuine care.

From the moment Matt walked into my home, I knew he was the one I wanted to sell it. His enthusiasm, passion and genuine belief in my property were infectious. Throughout the entire process, Matt made me feel like I was his only vendor, even knowing he had multiple clients to look after. He went above and beyond, chasing every lead, arranging viewings around what worked best for me, and arriving early to ensure my home was looking its best for potential buyers. His communication was fantastic, always keeping me in the loop and making sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I never felt left in the dark or like I was just another client. Selling a home can be a stressful experience, but Matt made the whole process feel easier through his dedication, professionalism and genuine care. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. If you're looking for someone who truly goes the extra mile, is passionate about what they do, and makes you feel valued throughout the process, I couldn't recommend Matt highly enough.

Very professional throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and he kept us well informed along the way. He worked hard to finalise a fair sale that we were very happy with. Highly recommend.

Keith and Sarah have and continue to be extremely helpful and supportive. They are gems! I have been in the difficult position of having to declutter my aged mother's house in Dunedin after moving her into a rest home in Auckland where I live. They were of great assistance during this difficult period and provided good local advice and kept me regularly updated both on trips down to Dunedin and at the other (warmer) end of the country
