Xiaoyan was so incredible in helping us buy our first home, we are super busy (as is she) but she would always reply to my late-night messages and there were lots of them! She is very caring and goes out of her way to find all the answers. We have had a relatively bumpy experience with our first home journey, but Xiaoyan made it much smoother! We would 100% work with her again, but I believe we have now found our forever home!
