Real estate teams in Southgate, Wellington

Claire went beyond helping me on questions I had with things that were not there immediate domain or responsibilty as real estate agents, I was super impressed how quickly claire flew into a Rockstar agent role on investigating my needed answers from wgtn city council and beyond.. she got straight into it all and promptly found out what was needed to learn in order to satisfy my questions. Personally I would hire claire and grant in a heartbeat a dynamic duo to sell again , they are very , very experienced , smart and kind .

Working with Clare was incredily easy and straight forward. She was informative, responsive and we appreciated that when she did not know the answer- she would follow-up quickly. Thank you again!

Clare and Grant were highly recommended to us, and they certainly did not disappoint. After being left extremely despondent by other agents, they arrived with confidence, genuine knowledge, and the reassurance that they could sell our house. Their communication was excellent, offering practical advice without ever being pushy. Nothing was ever a bother, and they responded quickly to every question we had. Thanks to Clare and Grant, we are now moving on to our next chapter.
