In fact, it is one in every three properties! I’m proud to work for a company too, that gives back to their community in so many different ways. I graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Engineering Technology majoring in Mechanical Engineering. It has given me a great eye for detail, which I use to my clients advantage. When marketing your property, the detail in presentation can make the difference on how your property is perceived. When I’m looking for a property that will fulfil all a client’s dreams, I meticulously tick off the requirements one by one. I’ve lived most of my life in Auckland especially in the Papakura district. I’ve watched Takanini in particular grow from a small village to an urban area. Clients are quite fascinated when I tell them stories about its transformation from spacious countryside to streets with houses. I love swimming, cricket and I love to attend parties and social events and, I love playing with my dog Max. I am so pleased I chose Alison. She has been totally professional in every detail. Fantastic follow up and top-level attention to detail. One of her great strengths is also surrounding herself with top support people and suppliers. Reporting was fast, every action was completed as promised, and the whole experience has been seamless. And she knows her market - a significant strength and why I'm so glad I chose someone working in the area. Alison went the extra mile in everything, including initial staging when photos were taken, then recommendations for staging once the property was empty, lawn mowing, small maintenance issues, liaising with the lawyer and ALWAYS keeping me informed. Trust Alison! A successful offer within 6 weeks!

Alison Kemp - our first choice every time.

Alison Kemp would be my first choice of real estate agent time and time again. This is the second property my family have sold with her. This time it was on behalf of my elderly parents as they transitioned into an assisted living situation. Her level of professionalism, market knowledge and genuine care has been outstanding. She managed the sale from beginning to end very seamlessly, providing guidance and reassurance for my parents at what was a very stressful time for them.
