With Brendon & Kath we got professionalism, plain and simple. The "Team" effect was what made us go with them. Kath could relate to the "homeliness factor" with ladies viewing the home ... and Brendon could talk "shop" with the men viewing the home, because of his building expertise.

Brendon shared his builder knowledge to point out issues with the house. Brendon and Kath showed a good knowledge of the local area and whois buying at the moment. Although the sale price was lower than originally expected we felt it was realistic for the state of the property and the market. Brendan and Kath kept us up to date progress on the sale.

Kathryn comes over as professional and up with the play. I found her helpful in her suggestions of getting the house to market. She was also very helpful when a problem arose regarding the cladding of the house. She had many viewers and the feedback was always sensitively given.
