Stephanie helped the reviewer sell this property

She was absolutely magnificent.

Stephanie navigated us through what seemed at first to be an impossible situation. She knew the right tradespeople, monitored their work, and ensured that the property was shown to the best advantage possible. She managed the sales process with skill, being honest with potential buyers while going out of her way to support both seller and those potential buyers. I was very proud of the end result that she obtained. She communicated clearly, sharing information and consulting. She was always ready to answer questions and provide positive solutions. She was most supportive, and I feel that she has become a friend to our family.
