Exceptional service and top dollar sale

Leonie & Steve were exceptional. This is the 2nd time we have sold with them and both times they have provided extremely sound advice and guidance. This time I was acting on behalf of a bereaved friend overseas, and I was not in Wellington. Both Leonie and Steve went well beyond what is normal, turning up at all hours to let trades people, movers and others into the property and supervise their work, following up repeatedly in some cases. They have a fact and data based approach to their marketing which ensured good coverage with the right audiences, and they worked hard with potential buyers to help them see how the property could work well for them. In the end we got 3 unconditional offers including 2 higher than the expected selling range, in a very slow and difficult market. Cannot praise them enough!
