Now a days getting yourself in property market is not easy but getting a home that you like with the conditions of selling two properties at the same time are even more harder given the timeline and conditions. But Isabel just smashed it! Sold the first one in no time then the other one with patience and perseverance she did it as well. With such hard work she put on, she make it sure things will happen. We had a great experience working with Kimberley to purchase our first home. She was highly approachable and easy to reach across multiple platforms, which made the communication process very smooth. As first home buyers, we appreciated how she guided us through the parts of the process we were unsure of. She kept us well-informed from start to finish and brought a good sense of humour to the experience, which helped manage the typical stresses of buying. A standout for us was how Kimberley included our whole whānau in the journey, making the milestone feel like a shared success. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a communicative and supportive agent.
As a first home buyer, Isabel was incredibly helpful throughout the whole home buying process. Even when some of the questions seemed a little silly she was wonderful and punctual with her responses.

Communication skills right up there - gift of the gab well and truly apparent, and always accompanied by her beautiful smile. Having had a previous unsuccessful attempt to sell our home with another agency, engaging with Eve's and Kellie gave us the insight of how it is essential to choose the representative of selling a home that knows their stuff! Immediately on engagement with Kellie, such an intensely difference experience. Momentum in full swing from the start, the required focus and dedication never diminished, all options explained so we could make informed decisions. When plan 'a' wasn't producing results, plan 'b' + was always promoted. Unlike our previous experience there was always a next move in the journey suggested to us rather than blame and excuses. Eves, and Kellie are truly forward momentum driven. Knowledge and professionalism definitely apparent with this bouncy lady. Every curve ball thrown at her she could respond to off the cuff. We never experienced a gap in her knowledge . There is no question as to capability. Through our experience we learnt so much as to the annoyances of the legalities in the process, the hurdles that need to be jumped, the compliances that continually make the eyes roll out loud. Kellie guided us through and made these problems not our problems. The journey was lengthy, and the experience at times stressful. Kellie has some kind of majic that takes the stress away and refocused us back to positive thinking.
