Real estate teams in Kawaha Point, Bay of Plenty

Warm and engaging communication style, very responsive and on the ball. Professional and honest, I really felt that I could trust them. They understand the market and give good advice. The information they provided really helped with the purchase, great contacts for trusted tradespeople and building inspectors. If we ever wanted to sell this property the Holla for Waller would be our first call.

Bev and Jason are a fabulous duo to pair up with, I was selling my property remotely, and immediately received the trust, care and respect to manage the sale in my absence, their communication was always clear and open, as a team, they were always available, and also went above and beyond in some areas, they made the whole process easy and straight forward. Thank you very much.

My house was on the market for 6 months they continue to work hard to sell my property the whole time. I found them to be great communicators, professional and helpful in all of our dealings.

Selling a property is usually a stressful experience, yet Caro made every step feel genuinely enjoyable. Her understanding of rural living meant she could highlight a wide range of possibilities to prospective buyers, helping them see the full potential of our place. She was consistently upbeat, and her enthusiasm was absolutely infectious. Her guidance to us as vendors was invaluable, and her communication far surpassed anything we’ve experienced while searching for our next home. She's a STAR in our books!

Great to work with, very knowledgeable with rural lifestyle blocks which was a bonus and got the job done. Would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a property

We had a few different viewings in the area with Carolyn. She was very quick to respond to questions, had very good local knowledge, and let us proceed at our own pace. Nothing was a problem at all. She made the process very easy to understand. We throughly enjoyed working with Carolyn and we would work with her again
