The biggest thing I appreciated was Isabel’s drive and effort—she went above and beyond to find potential buyers, landing us multiple offers, and even worked late nights and holidays to make things happen. From the first query l made service has been very professional. Communication could not have been better or clearer. It has not been an easy and Karly has dealt quickly and effectively with each issue including a burglary. She achieved an excellent sale result in a difficult market.
Kara came up with a strategy to sell our house quickly after we had made an offer on a new property. Her communication was clear and she guided us through the process nicely. She also must have done a great job with those who came to our first open home as we got our winning offer the next day, which was better than we could have hoped. She was also flexible with the strategy as we worked through the negotiations with the offer, bringing the process to an unconditional deal within about 21 days. Great work and thanks Kara!

On our second visit I did tell her I found her full on, but being of the conservative nature and not having sold a Property for a number of years an enthusiastic approach was to my advantage. My son was also involved in the process with me and being of he younger generation understood where she was coming from. Over time we be came more as one with the process. It took a long time but in the end got there. She gets top marks for enthusiasm, kindness, understanding of my needs and very good at taking us through the process with both buyers and seller.
