I highly doubt another Real Estate Agent who would have gone to the lengths that Chris and Will went to, I cannot speak highly enough of Chris and his team. I am based in Australia, while the property being sold was my late mother's two-bedroom home in Island Bay, Wellington. From the very first phone call, Chris and Will took what could have been an incredibly stressful and complicated situation and made it remarkably straightforward. The property presented a number of significant challenges. Chris and his team managed the eviction of difficult tenants, arranged changing of locks, dealt with break-ins, and worked closely with the police to help resolve ongoing issues involving the former tenant. Throughout all of this, they handled every situation professionally, calmly, and with complete confidence. Once the property was secured, they moved incredibly quickly to prepare it for sale. Within weeks they had organised repainting, new carpet, a full professional clean, and beautiful staging of the home. Their attention to detail and ability to coordinate everything remotely was exceptional. What impressed me most was the communication. Being based in Australia, I relied heavily on updates from Chris, and he never disappointed. He kept me informed every step of the way, often communicating outside normal business hours to accommodate the time difference. I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were. Chris is the definition of a client-focused real estate professional. He is proactive, hardworking, honest, and fully invested in achieving the best outcome for his clients. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely grateful for the effort Chris and Will. If I had another property to sell, Chris Robinson would be first on speed dial. I can recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a dedicated and highly capable real estate agent. Rating: 10/10

I can't recommend Chris and Will more. They were good communicators and very clear on the sales process and where things were at through-out. They are very responsive on the Whatsapp group they set up and always got in touch regarding viewings and provided feedback after viewings and open homes. They proved to be resilient in a slow market and kept working hard even after we had a conditional offer providing me with certainty and an outcome. They managed the process from end to end in a professional and seamless manner. Safe hands!

Chris and Will worked collectively. They both meet at the house to do an initial appraisal and thru out the process they were each aware of what the other was doing, and acknowledged each othets contribution. With the market fluctuations they were open to our input on pricing. They also acknowledged the enhancements we did to the house pre-market and advice they gave us on staging. We liked how they kept us up with open days and the offer and were really helpful with the negotiation process.

Working with Kylie has been an absolute pleasure and she has been so supportive through the whole process. As a first home buyer I had nervousness around understanding the process and ensuring I have covered my due diligence. She has been quick to respond all questions and concerns and has truly been the star in making this a smooth process. Thank you so much!
