Excellent and helpful, answered all questions promptly. However, on settlement day there was zero communication until I made contact around 5pm asking for the keys to the property. She had no idea that the money had been paid already. Didn't deliver keys personally, which she stated she would - they were left under a pot plant on the property. Gift basket was not ready but would be delivered asap...still waiting a month later. Rather disappointed as this is meant to be a happy, exciting time - its a huge thing buying a house, especially for a younger person. But the ending seemed to feel like a huge let down, like I was an inconvenience and I missed out on the happy experience of receiving the keys, the gift basket, having a photo getting the keys etc.

The transaction was seemless other than we didn’t receive the extra key that was left with agent.

Rachel was very helpful and resourceful with her local knowledge as she resides in the area herself. Rachel always had a warm & friendly manner which put us at ease. Rachel was accomodating with her time by fitting in viewings for us in between our viewings with other Real Estate agents; as we only had a week in the area to look around. We never felt rushed looking through the properties and our questions were always answered. The negotiations between buyer and seller were handled in a professional manner and we were kept updated every step of the way. We highly recommend Rachel.

Simon was excellent to deal with. He was proactive and great at following up, always confirming what we discussed in writing with thorough notes. Friendly and easy to talk to, he was upfront about things to be aware of rather than just trying to sell, which built real trust. He is also a great source of local knowledge and contacts, worked through every point to get to an outcome, and was generous with his time throughout. Highly recommended.

Paula was very committed to marketing the property to best advantage in a cost effective manner. Her efforts in preparing the property for sale were marvellous. She was very good at sourcing and compiling the information she required to meet the rules and regulations and legal requirements.
