Excellent and helpful, answered all questions promptly. However, on settlement day there was zero communication until I made contact around 5pm asking for the keys to the property. She had no idea that the money had been paid already. Didn't deliver keys personally, which she stated she would - they were left under a pot plant on the property. Gift basket was not ready but would be delivered asap...still waiting a month later. Rather disappointed as this is meant to be a happy, exciting time - its a huge thing buying a house, especially for a younger person. But the ending seemed to feel like a huge let down, like I was an inconvenience and I missed out on the happy experience of receiving the keys, the gift basket, having a photo getting the keys etc.

The transaction was seemless other than we didn’t receive the extra key that was left with agent.

Leonie was wonderful to deal with. She provided regular updates, kept us abreast of regional movements and price fluctuations and seamlessly supported the transition to dealing with myself when my father's EPOA was activated. She helped make a difficult time stress-free and delivered a result we were happy with and worked perfectly timing wise for the other changes going on. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Leoni and Natalie truly were a winning combination when selling our holiday home in Karikari. We had the property listed on Airbnb during the sale which made things a little complicated at times. We were genuinely impressed with Leoni and Natalie's commitment promoting our property and getting the quickest sale possible. Both lovely ladies went above and beyond! They helped us to stage the property (looked fantastic!!!) and even had to deal directly with airbnb guests on more than one occasion. Nothing was too hard, and both worked incredibly hard for the result we needed. I would definitely recommend Leoni Mateer and Natalie Dorn to anyone selling a property in the far north.
