We communicate very well.

We interviewed 5 different agencies and Carol came out on top. She came and saw my house and then told me how it was for the market. Other agents came in with photos from google that were years old and told me what they could sell it for, because the houses in the area were selling for that price. Carol managed to get 2 contracts on my property. With the first buyer, I requested to carry on with the marketing because they offer a price and then find a way to try and reduce it. Within a week she had an unconditional offer which came into affect the moment they tried to change the contract. The house went to the second purchaser and I'm very grateful for the extra work she did to make it happen.

Sold my lifestyle property with Carol.

Carole is a lovely person first and foremost. Professional as anything, but also, deeply relatable and human. She did a LOT of follow up calls, digging, extra call backs for our place, her dilligence was appreciated. She was always on time, able to take calls, answer my questions and more then happy to take time to have a chat about any worries. For a task thats thought of as bloody stressful, a person like Carol was a blessing.

Vanessa is very knowledgeable in this field of Real Estate, also her professionalism combined with her communication skills is definitely on point. Vanessa has a knack of making you feel comfortable an at ease, considering this is a huge life changing experience when purchasing any property, in one's life time.
