My wife and I were a little daunted by it all. Buying a house is one thing…buying in an unfamiliar area makes you a little nervous. Chloe and Yvonne made the experience easier. They were helpful regarding our questions…of which there were many and got back to us in good time despite being after hours, weekends or even public holidays. Questions need answering promptly and Chloe displayed maturity beyond her young years, helping us out whenever required. Helpful advice was also appreciated at times. Toward the end of the process, we were given a congratulatory gift by Chloe and her mum. Sometimes it’s the little things that give you a good feeling about people👍.

When we first thought of selling, we were a bit worried about the slow market and how long it may take. Yvonne met us and she immediately put our minds at ease with her vast knowledge of the area (25+ years) and her personal knowledge of our home. She explained the complete process of how best to market our house and what options there were to us. She was honest in her assessment of timing and, unlike another agent we met, she wasn't critical of our older home, but honest and recognized and appreciated the many good things it had to offer. So, when we had numerous people interested, she was very personable and able to make a great first impression with her insight of the home. She is very respondent and always meets you, and prospective buyers, with a smile. Finally, we would be remiss in not mentioning that fact that Arizto's fees are MUCH lower than the competing agencies in the area. You can save a lot of money and still get the same high-quality marketing and service that the other guys offer. Simply put, you can't go wrong choosing Yvonne as your realtor. Rachel was accomodating with her time by fitting in viewings for us in between our viewings with other Real Estate agents; as we only had a week in the area to look around. We never felt rushed looking through the properties and our questions were always answered. Paula was very committed to marketing the property to best advantage in a cost effective manner. Her efforts in preparing the property for sale were marvellous. She was very good at sourcing and compiling the information she required to meet the rules and regulations and legal requirements.
