Excellent and helpful, until settlement day.

Excellent and helpful, answered all questions promptly. However, on settlement day there was zero communication until I made contact around 5pm asking for the keys to the property. She had no idea that the money had been paid already. Didn't deliver keys personally, which she stated she would - they were left under a pot plant on the property. Gift basket was not ready but would be delivered asap...still waiting a month later. Rather disappointed as this is meant to be a happy, exciting time - its a huge thing buying a house, especially for a younger person. But the ending seemed to feel like a huge let down, like I was an inconvenience and I missed out on the happy experience of receiving the keys, the gift basket, having a photo getting the keys etc.
