200 real estate agents in Hillcrest, Auckland

Having Marilyn as the real estate agent for the sale of our property was one of the best financial decisions we have ever made. She absolutely saw the maximum market potential, but more than that, she had it realised. Her professionalism and approachability made dealing with the entire sales process far less stressful than it would no doubt otherwise have been. We have worked with real estate agents in the past, on several occasions, and we can honestly say whether we are buying or selling in the future Marilyn will be our first call. Thank you Marilyn.

The sale of a home can often be stressful, however dealing with Marilyn for the sale of our home was made easy by the calm, professional , communicative action that Marilyn exercised. From the day of listing, when we received good market information, to feedback from the open homes, and the negotiation of the eventual offer, we felt we were making progress to complete the sale. Marilyn was consistent with her communication, particularly responding to our queries, and looking to progress the sale of our home, so that we could move forward with our changes. Thank you Marilyn for your work, your pleasant sincere personality, and the result.
