Peter is so caring as he spoke with the agent we had in Hawkes Bay to make sure that the area we were looking at buying a house was a safe area . We have now shifted to Taradale and he keeps in contact with us. The team at Sothebys were all very nice to deal with.

Scott did an excellent job selling our house in a challenging market. I think he was right on target with his market knowledge and pricing strategy. His communication was always excellent through the whole process. He always delivered the information I was after and I never had to chase him for anything. He then continued to communicate with the buyers during the conditional period to stay on top of things before anything became a problem.
