Jass was very easy to work with, he has great market knowlege and was awesome support during such a stressful time navigating first home buying. We really appreciated his attention to detail and would certainly call Jass again when looking to buy or sell in the future.

Jass has been amazing throughout our home-buying journey. Being very active in and around Glenfield, he brought great knowledge of the local market and helped us understand our options at every step. From the very beginning to securing our family home, Jass kept us informed, answered all our questions and made sure we had the right information to make an informed decision. His honesty, knowledge and genuine approach made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable real estate agent to help you buy or sell in Glenfield, we cannot recommend Jass Sidhu enough. He truly is the full package!

We have worked with Jass in the past and always had good things to say about him. He had good knowledge of the North Shore, Auckland region. He made the buying process seamless I cannot recommend him any more.

We first met Andre when he was our real estate agent back in 2014 when we bought our home. It was our first time buying a property through auction, so there were a lot of things we were unsure about. Andre was very accommodating whenever we had questions or concerns about the property and was always happy to explain things and give us advice on what we needed to prepare, especially leading up to the auction. He also gave us some helpful tips on what to expect and what we needed to do on the day of the auction, which made the whole process much easier for us. I believe our property was one of the first houses Andre sold when he started as an agent, and it has been great to see how much he has achieved since then. Over the years, we know he has helped many buyers and sellers and built a lot of success stories through his dedication and experience. What I also appreciate is that, even after more than 10 years, Andre has continued to keep in touch with us. He regularly keeps us updated on what is happening in the property market, particularly in our area, and he always makes an effort to stay connected. He even remembers to send me a birthday card every year, which is a small thing but shows the kind of personal relationship he builds with his clients. I would definitely recommend Andre to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. He is knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely cares about helping his clients. We are very happy that we had Andre as our agent and have stayed connected with him over the years.

We had the pleasure of working with Andre Volkov to sell our home, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. From start to finish, Andre was incredibly communicative and responsive, always keeping us informed and making sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how well he listened to our needs and genuinely looked after our interests every step of the way. We always felt that he was advocating for us and working hard to achieve the best possible outcome. Andre provided excellent advice on how to prepare our home for sale, and his marketing strategy, including the open homes, was outstanding. His professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail helped attract strong interest and ultimately led to an amazing result. Beyond his expertise, Andre was kind, approachable, and a pleasure to work with. Thanks to his guidance and dedication, we achieved a fantastic sale price. We would highly recommend Andre to anyone looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and genuinely caring real estate agent.

I’m very grateful for the support I received from Andre during the sale of my property. He was always quick to respond, always available when I had questions and explained everything very clearly, especially as I used the tender process to sell my property which was a new experience for me. Andre made the whole process feel very manageable and I felt fully supported along the way. His understanding of the market in my area was spot‑on, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. I would happily work with Andre again.

I had a great experience working with Regan Golding throughout the sale of my property. Regan was professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive from start to finish. She communicated clearly at every stage of the process, kept me well informed, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I especially appreciated her honest advice, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills. She and David worked hard to achieve a great result and always made me feel that my best interests were the priority. Her understanding of the local market and strategic approach gave me confidence throughout the campaign. I would happily recommend Regan to anyone looking to sell a property. Thank you again for all your hard work and support!

We have bought and sold a property with Regan. Both times she provided honest feedback and excellent communication. Regan went above and beyond our expectations when marketing our home - providing expert advice, and being flexible with meeting times as we were living overseas. We would highly recommend Regan when buying or selling property.

Regan was frankly fuckin fantastic in helping us buy our first home. She was always easy to reach, and made the whole process enjoyable and exciting. We’re so grateful for her support and highly recommend her Thanks Regan for everything

I would highly recommend using Fluer to sell your next property. Fluer was awesome to work with, I felt like she was completely invested in getting my place sold. She was always available to chat to and worked tirelessly to track down potential buyers. She is also lovely, totally trustworthy and very well presented. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She literally rolled up her sleeves to help me move furniture! She was able to sell my property for a good price even though the market was in a down turn & rapidly declining. I would highly recommend her.

Fleur was absolutely wonderful to deal with! As first home buyers, we knew absolutely nothing about the process, even six months in. But Fleur was the most transparent and informative agent. She communicated with us throughout the entire process, and even understood our young family bedtime routine - which was a plus! We wish we had her onboard sooner! But are so thankful with how it turned out, the timing for our home felt so easy and enjoyable. We were lucky enough to buy the perfect home, especially with a huge thanks to Fleur. Thank you so much Fleur, you have made this process entirely seamless and friendly!! You were an absolute dream to deal with. We still can't believe it :) Wishing you all the best for future sales

Fleur was super friendly and helpful right through the whole process.
