3 of my friends and I went to the second day of open home.Our initial impression of Shehara is one of admiration.She greeted us with such a friendly smile( as expected with sales person), but what she did after that was great.She had an accident( slipped) on the ramp as she welcomed us.But with grace and dignity,she got up ( we're grateful it wasn't a bad fall) she did everything to make us feel welcomed and be well inforned about the property (unfazed by the fall)Upon entering, the lounge greeted us with a nice smell,and it was well staged.Shehara's attitude,and the presentation ( her knowledge )of property gave us that hugging feeling( good vibes).
