That drive around was an eye opener for me. I learned so much from Nicky regarding specific locations. Positive and negative details that required local knowledge. When I went to the first open home of the house I ended up buying Nicky was the agent. She obviously was trying to get the best deal for the vendor. Not withstanding that she also helped me with booking building reports and negotiations with the seller which resulted in everyone being happy with the deal. After sale service great as well. Nicky and her team have been really helpful even finding a home for my piano! Also giving me contacts for local tradesmen they can recommend which is much appreciated.

Jane is hugely experienced and very thorough in her approach to all aspects real-estate. We have been fortunate to have used Burmester realty on several occasions both buying and selling rentals and homes with great success. We would recommend Jane to anybody with real estate needs .
