We met Anna when she was hosting an open home in a property we were viewing. We were instantly impressed with her professionalism and empathy and decided that when we were ready to sell our home she was the agent we wanted to use. Lani didn’t just sell our house, she fought for it. She held firm on price when it would have been easier to just take the first offer and move on. That kind of backbone is rare in real estate. What actually got me though was the last minute viewing. Most agents would have just texted “can you tidy up.” Lani turned up and helped me vacuum and get the place looking right herself.
