Chloe was great throughout the sale and purchase process.  We first met her when we were looking at options to buy, and felt she really understood what we were after.  She was the only agent we worked with who listened.  Then, once we’d worked with her to negotiate a contract to buy our new house, she helped sell our former home.  Chloe showed a great understanding of the sales proposition and helped us find a buyer very quickly.  She also helped us negotiate through some challenging differences between price expectations of seller and buyer.  We got there and are very happy with the result. 

She is an outstanding communicator, with an aptitude for bringing buyers and sellers together in difficult market conditions. Her approach is generous,friendly and inclusive, but she is totally decisive when drawing negotiations to a successful conclusion.

John, Vaughan and Amelia are an incredible team. They have gone above and beyond when taking care of us and the sale of our property. Being represented by them was both a privilege and a pleasure. In a difficult market, they have been supportive, informative and professional. That mixture of high ethical standards, efficiency and genuine friendliness is very rare indeed. We are forever grateful for the extra and very precious assistance they provided when it came to the purchase of our next property. Although we couldn't be happier with the result of our work together, we are going to miss them :)

Recently had the best experience we’ve had with a real estate agent with Shona! Called her up with only two days left before we went to auction and she was able to sort us a deal beforehand. Massively accomodating to us and our needs. Working late hours into the night to make our deal happen. Great, clear communication which is so important to us, especially since it was our first home. Helped us with any questions we had no matter how dumb they were! Kind hearted, down to earth and overall just easy to talk to/deal with. Would highly recommend to everyone! Thanks heaps Shona! Shona took on our parents house when one parent was deceased and the other in a rest home, Shona found a buyer for the house and then the other parent died and as we weren’t executors of the will the house couldn’t be sold at this stage and went into probate. This meant everyone had to stop what they were doing until the lawyers had done their due diligence. Shona had to communicate back and forth with the lawyers regarding of selling the property which was no mean feat. Shona helped stage the property even bringing plants from home and rearranging furniture herself. Shona’s communication was top notch all the way keeping us both well informed about what was happening. I would definitely recommend Shona if you’re looking at selling or buying.

I can’t thank Bronwyn enough. She has been the most kind, helpful and supportive person throughout the whole process. Especially considering this is my first experience buying a house, she has made everything so much less stressful. She has been very available whenever needed and happy to talk through any questions I had. She's a legend and I'd recommend her to anyone.
