Especially considering this is my first experience buying a house, she has made everything so much less stressful. Bronwyn was great to work with. This was the first house I have sold, so I was totally new to the process and a little nervous. Recently had the best experience we’ve had with a real estate agent with Shona! Called her up with only two days left before we went to auction and she was able to sort us a deal beforehand. Massively accomodating to us and our needs. Working late hours into the night to make our deal happen. Great, clear communication which is so important to us, especially since it was our first home. Shona took on our parents house when one parent was deceased and the other in a rest home, Shona found a buyer for the house and then the other parent died and as we weren’t executors of the will the house couldn’t be sold at this stage and went into probate. This meant everyone had to stop what they were doing until the lawyers had done their due diligence. Shona had to communicate back and forth with the lawyers regarding of selling the property which was no mean feat. Shona helped stage the property even bringing plants from home and rearranging furniture herself. Shona’s communication was top notch all the way keeping us both well informed about what was happening. I would definitely recommend Shona if you’re looking at selling or buying.
