I had the pleasure of meeting Beryl when i bought a property several years ago with her as the agent. Fast forward to me recently selling, and I knew from the moment I decided to sell that Beryl was the only person for the job. Real estate isn't a job for Beryl-it's a complete passion, resulting in dedication and 100% commitment from pre-listing right through until settlement. I had the added complexity of being based overseas, which could make things harder, but not with Beryl at the helm. She makes what could be a stressful situation smooth and calm with her organisation, passion, and dedication. And in a tough market, we met the deadline with multiple offers. Beryl truly cares, and it shows in everything she does. I would not think twice about recommending her to anyone, and would 100% use her again given the opportunity.
Denise is a very knowledgeable agent who is great to work with and puts you at ease through the whole process. Negotiation skills are first rate, and she was able to get a great outcome for us as buyers. We could listen to her Irish accent all day - she loves a good chat!

This was a last minute decision by me to purchase this house as I had procrastinated far too long. A phone call to Alana the night before before the deadline and she got everything whipped into shape for me.
