Our house went for sale on the 27th of July, and it got sold by the 19th of August - do we need to say anymore? Ganesh and his team have set the example of how to build and maintain connections, how to cater to the requirements of the seller, how to be proactive, and how great communication could convert a stressful selling experience into a piece of cake. We had ten times less anxiety while selling this property compared to what we had while buying this one. The experience we had with TRG is just incomparable to any other real estate agency. There are absolutely no negative comments that we can make about our experience. They took the onus of communicating with the tenancy management company and the tenants to organise visits, access and photoshoots. They organised the marketing and advertisements, with regular reports made available to us from time to time. We needed some minor work done at the property, and Ganesh and his team, without any hesitation, agreed to manage those jobs. The team held open days regularly and welcomed potential buyers. Within the first open day, it was quite evident that we had multiple potential buyers, with whom Ganesh and Renee started working promptly after consulting with us. This shows how their open and honest communication helped us in the entire process. We never hesitated to approach them, and they always responded to our questions promptly. Ganesh, Renee and Adrija work very sincerely with the buyers and sellers to provide them the best experience, a smooth transition through continuous and crystal clear communications, guidance, options and finally, peace of mind in the stressful buying/selling process. Without any hesitation, we will get back to them if we are buying or selling again.
