Where do I begin. Our family has lived in our home since 1969, so the thought of selling after 55 memorable years was a difficult one, When our Patriarch Father passed away in March 2024, it was time to sell. Dylan was recommended to us by our lawyer who had not met Dylan but his clients, also sold their family home through Dylan. We called Dylan and asked to meet. Dylan came to our home and our first impression of Dylan was he was lovely, friendly and understanding. He took the time to hear our story, he listened and he was genuine and interested about our reasons for selling. Dylan shared with us the process, the expectations, what we needed to be aware of and most of all he made it clear, he was here to serve us and to achieve our goals. We accept Dylan as our Realtor and true to his word he did everything he said, he completed a full report for our family explaining the process, the homes sold in our area, the fees, the complaints process, the marketing, the calendar outlining the advertising, the open homes and the Auction. Dylan would call me every 2nd day to keep me updated with the progress, after the open homes he would call to let us know the feedback, he would always ask how we were doing everytime. Dylan was so busy with the open homes that he needed a extra day during the week, he was apologetic but he said he was determined to secure people to register for the auction. Two days before the Auction my family were nervous. Dylan came over home and shared with us the details of the 11 people registered for the auction. Dylan new every single registered person and their story. Auction day arrived, we were so nervous, in short, we hit our higher reserve and then some...it was emotional for us but a relief. The successful purchaser new that this was an emotional sell for us, he told Dylan, he would renovate our home and he would like to invite us back to see the transformation. With disbelief we said oh yes please
