Evan discussed and tried different ways of selling and advertising my unit which I really appreciated. I wish we hadn't gone to Auction as 2 weeks is not enough time to get any buyers for this, however the open homes were successful as the right person did purchase my home and I was pleased this did not go to developers like so many old places do these days.
