In a market with very limited buyers with very few sales in the immediate are it was not an easy job and Ginny's team did a great job working with the buyers we had until the deal was done. Cannot recommend them highly enough, having a recent past experience with a 'no-frills cheap-as-chips' agency that fell flat on their face, this was reassuring and a good experience all round as a vendor. So much so I entrusted them with another property a short time later!
