I am a residential and lifestyle sales consultant at Hartles & Co, a twelve-person team working across Hamilton and the wider Waikato. If water supply, septic systems or fencing end up part of your conversation, you are talking to someone who deals with all three on his own seven acres, not someone reciting a script. I am building that skill deliberately: auctioneering course completed, two national competitions under my belt, and my first in-house auction called, with more already on the calendar.
