We recently sold our family home with Kelly and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From day one, she was professional, approachable, and always kept us well-informed. Her communication was clear and timely, and she consistently went the extra mile to make sure we felt supported. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, the sale went through smoothly and without stress. We’re very grateful for her hard work and would happily recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a trustworthy agent.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the sales agents, Kelly Zhang and Song Dan, for their diligent efforts in striving to sell. The enhancement of sales experiences by Kelly and her acute market insights transformed my property sale journey from a challenging situation to an unexpectedly favourable outcome. The complete sales process has undergone numerous challenges, including auction participation, the retraction of the initial offer by the buyer for unjustifiable reasons, multiple offers, a backup offer, and an accepted conditional offer with varying timelines. Kelly consistently provides expert guidance and addresses all my inquiries, empowering me to make my decisions with utmost confidence. She remains calm and composed when dealing with unforeseen situations, meticulously analysing the advantages and disadvantages. Her never-give-up attitude always motivates me during challenging moments. Additionally, Song Dan exemplifies a friendly and responsible agent; I observed her patiently presenting my house to prospective buyers without any preconceived judgments. A professional sales agent plays a critical role in selling a property, especially in a saturated market. The pathways to selling a property are also diverse, highlighting the necessity of a knowledgeable agent. Kelly and her team are a reliable choice.
