Nicole became estate agent and project manager extraordinaire and got my house back up and running ready to hit the market in no time. From hiring handy men to open homes it was all covered and I was communicated daily on progress. Truly went above and beyond any real estate team I have had before and if you dont list with them your doing a disservice to yourself and whoever buys your home!! The whole goal was to sell the home for what I wanted and against all odds she done it and in a few weeks. Nicole was great! We wanted to find somewhere to buy in the short 3 days we were looking in Rolleston for our move south from Wellington. Nicole showed us several properties and seemed genuinely interested in helping us. She wasnt pushy and took on our feedback about what we liked and what not so much. We couldn't believe the property we found was within our price range and when we said we wanted to make an offer on the place Nicole talked us through the contract and kept us updated on where things were at with the vendor. She even talked us through some of the covenants that I thought were very out the gate and eased my mind.

This is our first house for the family. We are lack of experience to how to buy house. One problem happened after our bidding. the tenant agreement of the house will affect the drawndown of the money from bank. Tina is excellently experienced.
