Real estate teams in Timaru

I was lucky enough to deal with a very welcoming Jorja while buying my home. She was accommodating and communicated well. Her communication was clear and she was patient with us while we asked millions of questions. I also know we had sobody else deal with the paperwork. Tho I never interacted directly with jeremy who was handling the paperwork was easy to acess and follow and was quickly sorted with no issues.

We could not fault Jeremy from start to finish on this journey, after being out of the game for some time, we were bought up to speed with changes to the market, given efficient guidance through the entire process, especially going to auction and it being nowhere near as scary as we anticipated. A what could've been a very overwhelming process made easy, highly recommend this agent, Thanks Jeremy.

A professional and supportive team with excellent communication skills. They were friendly, approachable, and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I really appreciated their genuine commitment through a stressful life event to providing help and support. Highly recommend special thanks to Sheyanne and team Kartolo.

Julian helped us negotiate our offer with the vendor, which was quickly accepted. It was all very seamless and easy. Julian has been very helpful and accommodating through the entire process. He has made it as stress-free as possible. Highly recommended by us. Thank you!
