This is our first house for the family. We are lack of experience to how to buy house. One problem happened after our bidding. the tenant agreement of the house will affect the drawndown of the money from bank. Tina is excellently experienced. She kindly remind us this problem and give the advises to help to solve the problem. She wonderfully communicate with the three parties to fix the problem.
