Perseverance with the incompetences of the Leadership of Hakatere Hut Holders Soc with good negotiation skills when dealing with their inability to organise the importance of records or files pertaining to membership of the Soc as I was a member for approximately 22yrs !! They were challenging in their dealing with her but she was not deterred and was a good support to the elderly couple buying my wonderful holiday home by the sea which I believe they will truly appreciate as I did for many years as a-retreat from a busy Nursing/Midwifery working life !!
