Whilst working as an industrial electrician for 12 years, he developed a passion for property through his own hands-on projects such as, an award winning renovation, the completion of a townhouse development and multiple spec builds, further fuelling his drive for all things property. Now, Tiaan brings the same energy, discipline, and passion he has put into his own projects to his clients. The Agent Who Stood Out From the Rest - Energy, Strategy and a Fresh Approach

We met with a couple of agents before deciding who to list with, neither felt right so I reached out to McRae and we were put in touch with Tiaan, right from the start we felt that he was the right fit, young, vibrant, knew different ways to help us gain a good price, offered us so many options. We were lucky to sell within 2 weeks of being listed. Highly recommend - although his state of origin team choice was the only thing we disagreed on.

Took care of everything when it mattered most

Before putting our parents’ house on the market, we decided to have Tiaan act as our agent after he came highly recommended. From the outset, Tiaan exceeded our expectations. He was highly motivated, positive, organised, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. When our father passed away during the sale process, Tiaan went above and beyond, taking care of everything related to the property and keeping us informed every step of the way. During a very difficult time for our family, his support, communication, and attention to detail gave us great peace of mind.
