Right from the outset I knew I was in good hands!

I recently engaged Kayla Dynes from Bayleys Methven to sell my sections in Mt Somers, after finding her through a real estate agent broker. Looking back, I feel very fortunate that I was introduced to her. Right from the outset I knew I was in good hands. Kayla gave me a real sense of confidence that she was personally invested in achieving the best possible result for me. Her commitment, professionalism and work ethic were exceptional, and I was continually impressed by the amount of effort she put into the sales process. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like I was simply another client or that my properties were just another listing. Kayla genuinely cared about getting a good outcome and was proactive, persistent and extremely capable throughout. She kept me very well informed, worked hard behind the scenes and demonstrated considerable skill in dealing with prospective buyers and bringing the sales together. Ultimately, the best recommendation you can give any real estate agent is whether you would trust them with your property again. In Kayla’s case, I absolutely would.
