Good at communicating and returning calls/txt.Was never over powering and a nice casual demeanor,and also offered other private services after the possession date. Our only disappointment whether it being agent issue or lawyers was at time of deposit failing to understand insurance information to deposit on due date.

Barry made the whole process very simple and I found it very easy to pick up the phone and call him regarding the sale

I approached Barry for an appraisal of my house that I wanted to sell. As my house had a green door, Barry used that effectively when he put it on the market. For those old enough to remember the song, ‘What’s behind the green door?’ Barry used that as an opening comment when he advertised my house for sale. I liked the idea. The sale of my house was very quick. In fact 2 open homes, 5 days on the market and it was sold. Barry was very professional and kept me informed every step of the journey. He gave me good advice but he also listened and understood my needs, I would highly recommend Barry to anyone who has a property to sell.

Pip was understanding as market was sluggish with very little interest but once we had interested buyers the sale moved very quickly

Pip was fantastic, she went over and above for us, organising contractors on our behalf as we don’t live locally and it took a long time to finally sell the section, so it needed some maintenance, she organised a guy to do that. She jumped on every inquiry she had and 3rd time lucky, it finally sold. Pip was amazing, excellent communication and very friendly. Very happy with her service. 😊🥰
