From the 'get-go', Neal showed his massive experience in bringing our heritage 1880s property to the market. Missing the mark four years ago in a falling market, was tough for us all, but this time he succeeded at lightning speed, offering us an off-market listing with no marketing costs! And getting a price above RV. We appreciated the Sothebys style of management where qualified buyers are shared across agents; it was a real asset having an agent for the buyer and Neal for us the vendors. Excellent negotiation skills. Plus, Neal has a great gift for staging and takes pride in presenting your home as if it were his own.

He arranged a private viewing to help us make up our minds, and then made sure he was there for us with any questions or concerns we had throughout the remainder of the process; Always on the end of the phone, but never overbearing. It was the perfect balance of communication and client care. Compared to our experience with two other real estate agencies, the service and level of attention to detail from Sotherby's was truly exceptional. We can't thank them enough!
