I bought my first house in my own, I was scared, I needed professionalism mixed with personable, Gui took it further than that, he literally made himself available, heard my story and constantly encouraged me during the process, I had alot of set backs in the process and Gui not once made any judgements towards me, he just encouraged me, spoke gently when I needed, communicate clarity between myself and the vendor and allowed me to express my fears but always edified the process.
