Shelly came on board right from the start of this exercise gave sound market information and an appropriate recommendation for the sale process. Working with a Committee based in three locations was no problem for her at all. She was happy to pace her work to the approval process of the committee and the intermittent work availability of all involved. Once the marketing commenced she provided a suitable number of open homes until she was able to table an offer. The sale process progressed at speed and a very satisfactory result emerged.
I didn’t have a Lawyer Shelley recommended one and they have a good reputation (Google) and meet all my needs quickly - 5 days from offer to ownership!! Wonderful lady wonderful service!
