Adraian was excellent to work with. She communicated well and worked hard behind the scenes to get us the best possible result. Adraian advertised our property well and got a lot of people through the door to have a look. The overall experience was great.

Longer sale than expected, but great guidance and patience led to a successful outcome.
We had a positive experience working with our agent overall. The sale took quite a bit longer than we initially expected, which was challenging at times, but we appreciated Adrian’s honesty and guidance throughout the process. She kept us informed and encouraged us to stay patient. We had already gone ahead and purchased our dream home early on, hoping our place would sell sooner, so there were definitely moments of deep breathing. In the end though, everything came together, and we are grateful for the support and persistence that helped get us across the line.

Excellent advisor with deep insight into local real estate market, we achieved a great result
Stuart is a top real estate agent. He has now sold two houses for us and in both cases achieved great results with his patience, excellent negotiating skills, his experience and in-depth knowledge of the local market. We felt we could trust him implicitly to advise us and keep us informed at every step of the way. We greatly appreciated his keeping us up to date with latest developments promptly, and for his down to earth assessments of offers as they came in. Stuart was very patient, both with us and with prospective buyers. We felt he always went that extra step to achieve the best results for us and are very grateful. Even when some remedial work had to be done, Stuart arranged to be on site to keep an overview/check on the work, going quite a considerable way outside his brief, we felt. Always pleasant, always available, nothing was too much trouble. In addition, everything we needed was attended to in a most professional manner so that the whole process was seamless.
