Agencies in Hamilton

Blair was professional in all his negotiations and thorough in his research on the property. He provided data to support his marketing recommendations and changed strategy when it was needed. The team communicated regularly about viewings and client responses over a prolonged period of time. I felt they truly worked as an effectively functioning team.

We happen to met Sheree by chance in one of her open homes. I believe it’s an answered prayer for us. We were looking to buy a house, but we don’t know where to start. We were a bit hesitant to contact an agent to assist us with our planned purchase, because from our previous experience we felt a bit of a nuisance if we ask for private viewings. However, Sheree is different. She’s very friendly, approachable and patient. We can call her anytime during the day, to arrange private viewings. She always keeps us in the loop from day one. Her communication skills are great, easy to talk to and she LISTENS. Sheree has a great local insight, who knows the neighbourhood, and the market inside and out. She gives a spot on advice if we asked her. Our journey was not easy, there were lots of hiccups along the way, but Sheree was with us all throughout. At the end, we achieved a result that exceeded our expectations, we will definitely contact her in the future and will be highly recommended to my friends and relatives. Will not trust anyone else with our home. She is a Gem in this industry. Honest, clear and values her clients well.

Megan provided excellent personalised service, was very approachable and available whenever we needed. Megan understood the market, while also understanding our needs and budget. She negotiated and was able to get us the property we wanted at a reasonable price. We look forward to working with Megan and Lodge in the future.

Joyce excelled on his job she know everything if there anyone’s want a house I definitely recommend her.

Everything was carried out with ease, questions answered concisely and communication prompt and thorough.

Zoe and James were absolutely exceptional throughout the sale of my home. They managed to sell my house in just seven days and achieved $21,000 above the asking price!! They went above and beyond my expectations, providing a highly professional service while genuinely listening to my needs and wishes as a vendor I felt supported, informed and confident throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to sell my home and would highly recommend Zoe and James to anyone looking for real estate agents who truly go the extra mile. Thank you for making the experience such a positive one. Kelly

We contacted Aman after noticing a few sold stickers in the area. Our house is unique, and with us moving overseas we were feeling highly stressed by default - so we wanted to make sure we made the right decision with who to list with. Aman organised photos immediately (pretty sure it was the next day?) he delegated Vardaan to conduct our open homes and inspections. Vardaan was here four times a week showing people through like an absolute boss. We couldn't have been happier with the work ethic. And the house sold at the exact right time for our move overseas. Both Aman and Vardaan are super nice positive happy people with a good sense of humour. It was definitely the right choice for us.

We were concerned about selling in the market downturn, but Vardaan didnt give up! He showed a massive number of people our property, and was there so often that we joked I should set up the spare room for him! We were very impressed with the team's honesty around pricing and because our house is very different, that it wouldn't be an easy sell - no false hopes, but they still got it sold for us! He's such a nice guy to deal with - very positive person.

Working with Vivek Babbar was a great experience. Vivek was fantastic from start to finish. His team communicated well, explained the entire process thoroughly, and was always available when I needed guidance. His professionalism and helpful approach made selling my property much easier than expected. I’d happily work with them again.
