We happen to met Sheree by chance in one of her open homes. I believe it’s an answered prayer for us. We were looking to buy a house, but we don’t know where to start. We were a bit hesitant to contact an agent to assist us with our planned purchase, because from our previous experience we felt a bit of a nuisance if we ask for private viewings. However, Sheree is different. She’s very friendly, approachable and patient. We can call her anytime during the day, to arrange private viewings. She always keeps us in the loop from day one. Her communication skills are great, easy to talk to and she LISTENS. Sheree has a great local insight, who knows the neighbourhood, and the market inside and out. She gives a spot on advice if we asked her. Our journey was not easy, there were lots of hiccups along the way, but Sheree was with us all throughout. At the end, we achieved a result that exceeded our expectations, we will definitely contact her in the future and will be highly recommended to my friends and relatives. Will not trust anyone else with our home. She is a Gem in this industry. Honest, clear and values her clients well.
