In our long years in the industry, we met first time a very professional person in Arie. Nothing is difficult for him, communication is excellent coupled with great customer service skills. His understanding of the market is superb giving his customers an honest opinion that guides you through in making a buying decision with ease. Very friendly indeed and pay attention to the smallest details of what his customers are asking for. Amazing experience, excellent communicator.

Arie and Lia were an amazing couple. They guided me through the process with consideration to my feelings as this was my first time selling after 40 years of living in my home and re buying a new property. I could communicate with them at any time, day or night and no question was a problem for them. They knew the market well and were very helpful in suggesting properties to consider. Arie listened very carefully to my needs and came up trumps. Not only did they sell my home in 2 weeks he managed to find a property I love. I think he probably knew better what I needed than I did myself. His negotiating skills were incredible, knowing my situation, made this easy for me as well. I will be forever grateful to them both.

Genuine, Caring and Truly Supportive

From the very first time we met, she was genuine, kind and incredibly welcoming. She was extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process and always took the time to explain things clearly and make sure we felt comfortable and reassured. What really stood out to us was how much she genuinely cared. We never felt like just another client, she always had our best interests in mind and went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Always very positive and nothing was too much trouble.

The initial market appraisal was comprehensive and looking back after the sale it was a correct appraisal so her market knowledge was spot on. Hope kept us informed all the way through the process. She was always available and worked within our schedules. Always courteous and professional. She was able to negotiate an offer that was within our expectations and one that we were able to readily accept.
